We were an official CrossFit affiliate for 4 years.
Since then we upgrade our system and we have developed our own methodology, Pobednik Training System.
We teach our clients how to move properly, to control their body with the intention to reduce lower back and shoulder pain, burn extra fat from the body, build muscle and achieve long-term health benefits.
We specialize in working with fitness beginners, doesn’t matter the age, gender, or current fitness level.
